Shipping policy

These shipping terms set out how orders are dispatched, delivery times and the related rules.

Delivery methods. We deliver through parcel locker and courier networks (for example Omniva, DPD, LP Express) and offer international delivery at a separate rate.

Delivery times. Average delivery times are as follows: within Lithuania orders usually arrive within 1–5 working days; within EU countries within 5–14 working days; to other countries it may take 10–30 working days. Actual times depend on courier workload, customs procedures (for international orders) and holiday periods.

Order processing. We begin processing orders within 1–2 working days after payment is confirmed. Once your parcel is dispatched, we send a tracking number to the email address you provided so you can follow its journey.

Delivery cost. The shipping cost depends on the delivery method you choose and is shown at checkout. We often offer free delivery above a certain order value — details of such offers are shown during checkout.

Uncollected parcels. If a parcel is not collected and is returned to us, we will contact you about the next steps. A repeat dispatch may be charged for.

Damaged parcels. If you notice damage to the packaging when receiving your parcel, we recommend opening it before you leave the post office or courier point and photographing the damage. In that case, please send us the photos and let us know about the situation — together we will decide whether a replacement, a refund or compensation is appropriate.
