Refund policy

These return terms govern the return of goods purchased from the "Mooncatmagic" online store.

Return period. You have the right to return an item within 14 calendar days of the day you received it, provided the item meets the return conditions.

The conditions include. Returned items must be unused, undamaged, with their saleable appearance intact and, where possible, in their original packaging. If an item is personalised or made to a special order, it may not be eligible for return — you will be informed of this before purchase.

The return process. To start a return, contact us by email at info@mooncatmagic.lt and give your order number and the reason for the return. Once we receive your message, we will give you the return address and the next steps. After we receive and inspect the returned item, your money will be refunded to the same payment method within 7–14 working days.

Shipping costs. The buyer covers the cost of return shipping, except where the item is faulty or defective, or where the wrong item was sent — in those cases we cover the shipping costs.

Faulty items. If you receive a faulty or incorrect item, contact us immediately, attaching photos of the item and your order number. In such cases we will agree whether to send a replacement or issue a refund, and we will cover the related shipping costs.
